1. Service Description

Gallify ("the Service") is a free tool provided by Iris Cocreative ("we," "us," "our") that generates embeddable masonry gallery HTML code from publicly shared Google Drive folders. The Service is hosted at lab.iriscocreative.com/gallify/.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. How the Service Works

When you submit a public Google Drive folder URL, our system reads the list of image files in that folder using the Google Drive API and generates HTML code that displays those images in a masonry gallery layout. The generated gallery loads images directly from Google Drive's servers — we do not copy, store, or host your images.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to share and publicly display the images in the Google Drive folder you submit
Ensuring the folder is intentionally set to public — do not submit folders containing private or sensitive images
Complying with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and privacy laws
Any content displayed in galleries you embed on your own websites

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Display content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others
Distribute malware or malicious code
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
Use automated tools to make excessive requests

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that generated galleries will function on all platforms. The Service depends on Google Drive's infrastructure and API, which we do not control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iris Cocreative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The gallery HTML code generated by the Service is provided to you free of charge for use on your websites without restriction. The Gallify tool itself, including its design and underlying code, remains the property of Iris Cocreative.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
