1. Overview

Gallify is a tool by Iris Cocreative ("we," "us," "our") that generates embeddable gallery code from public Google Drive folders. We are committed to keeping things simple and transparent about what data we handle.

2. What We Collect

Almost nothing. Here's the full picture:

Google Drive Folder IDs: When you submit a URL, our server temporarily processes the folder ID to fetch the list of image files. This is not stored after the gallery is generated.
Image Metadata: We temporarily read filenames and file IDs from your public Google Drive folder to build the gallery HTML. This data is not stored.
No Images: We never download, copy, or store your images. The generated gallery loads images directly from Google Drive's servers.
No Accounts: We do not require sign-ups, logins, or any personal information.
No Cookies: Gallify does not set any cookies.
No Analytics: We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools on the Gallify page.

3. How Data Flows

When you use Gallify, here's exactly what happens:

Your browser sends the folder ID to our processing server
Our server calls the Google Drive API to list image files in that folder
Our server generates HTML code and sends it back to your browser
Nothing is stored on our end — the entire process is stateless

4. Third-Party Services

The generated gallery HTML loads images from Google Drive's thumbnail service (drive.google.com). When someone views a gallery you've embedded, their browser communicates directly with Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy governs that interaction.

5. Embedded Galleries

Once you embed a gallery on your own website, the images load directly from Google Drive to your visitors' browsers. We have no visibility into, or control over, who views your embedded galleries. Your website's own privacy policy should cover this.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any data from your use of Gallify. There is no database, no logs of folder IDs, and no image storage. Standard web server access logs may be maintained by our hosting provider for security purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Gallify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Since we don't collect contact info, we can't notify you directly — please check back if you're concerned.
